The USP protocol negotiation device is designed to convert the TEKON exchange protocol into other protocols. USP is used when it is necessary to connect the fuel and energy complex to an existing dispatch system, controller or industrial network with their own protocol.

The USP-178 protocol matching device is designed to work as part of controlled points (KP) of various telemechanics systems, which include devices of the TEKON-20 series, united by the CAN-BUS information exchange expressway.
